At Rock City Crossfit we program your workouts, instruct and monitor your movements, scale the workout if necessary to each individuals needs. We also offer nutritional suggestions if requested, and are committed to each member every time they walk in the door.

Our group sessions are the equivalent of semi-personal training but most of all we are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals.”
